Lakeland Estates is a private gated community six miles south of Blair, Nebraska, off Highway 133, Blair High Road. The community was developed in 1970 by the Lakeland Development Company and to date has grown to approximately 300 homes. Lakeland Estates is one of only a few private communities within the state of Nebraska with a gated front entrance that protects access to the heart of Lakeland: Lake Arrowhead.

Front Entrance
The front entrance gate is normally closed all weekend but is open Sundays from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. for Open Houses.
On weekdays, the front entrance gate is open from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Please use gate keys at other times.
East Gate
The East Gate on Trout Lane is closed manually and has no schedule to be open.
