Looking for a place to host your graduation reception, birthday party, or other event? For a fee and refundable security deposit, the clubhouse can be rented by Lakeland residents ONLY who are current on their dues. Rental includes kitchen access and use of our tables and chairs. Contact us for more information.
A newsletter is distributed to all Lakeland residents. The newsletter is a great source of information for shareholders including meeting announcements, board reports, upcoming events, and current projects. The Resident's Committee plans all Lakeland community events including holiday gatherings, parades, and the annual garage sale. If you would like to be a member of this committee, attend a meeting, or have an idea for an event, please contact us.
All are invited to attend the annual Easter egg hunt. Fun is sure to be had by kids and adults! Bring your own beverage and watch the kids search for candy- filled eggs. Attendance is free, just show up!

Come out and join us for popcorn, drinks, and a good movie during select warm summer evenings. Movie titles and dates will be released ahead of time. Hope to see you there!
Let freedom ring! We have a fantastic fireworks display planned for this year, and you will not want to miss out! Gather your family and friends, grab your favorite beverage, and set up your most comfortable lawn chair facing the Dam Road. Dam Road will be closed beginning at 5pm (911 dispatch is aware). Rain-out date to be determined.
Join the parade and show off your prized motorcycle, hot rod, or golf cart (arrive at Grasshopper Park by 10:50am)! Or be a spectator and set up along the parade route to catch some rays and tossed-out treats. Bring the kids... they are sure to love it! The parade will end at South Beach with a community grill-out and trophy presentation for winning parade participants. Hot dogs, chips, and refreshments will be provided. Parade will be held rain or shine!
Let's celebrate our community with another day of fun in the sun! All families are welcome to come enjoy good food and great company. This pot luck is sure to be a wonderful time. Hot dogs, chips, and refreshments will be provided; please bring a side to share. Activities include a water slide, bounce house, and water balloons. The kid friendly events will be followed in the evening by adult only olympic events.
Start cleaning out your closets and pricing your precious items for this year's community garage sale. If you plan to participate, fill out and submit the attached form to register your location with the Lake Arrowhead Office. The fee is $5, which goes toward advertising for the event. Please have all registrations in the Lake Arrowhead office no later then Friday July 27, 2018 at 6pm.

Join the parade and show off your ghoulish halloween costumes, or be a spectator and set-up along the parade route. Don't forget to bring a bag of goodies for the trick-or-treaters (to be distributed at the end of the parade route - Grasshopper Park). It'll be a spook-tacular good time!
What do you want for Christmas this year? Make your list, and check it twice! Each year that Santa Claus comes to visit Lakeland, it's a jolly good time! Little ones eagerly wait in line to sit on Santa's lap. Come and enjoy the holiday music, Christmas cookies, and a cheerful atmosphere. Ho Ho Ho!
